Before I switched to the Passauer Wolf in early 2023, I worked in various areas of the hospitality industry. Lack of appreciation, shift work and many unpaid overtime hours were sadly part of my everyday life. At the Passauer Wolf, I experience direct appreciation and gratitude for my own work, which is found in only a few companies. Both from our guests and from the employer. That's why I'm very happy to have taken this leap. Being brave pays off!
