Before I switched to Passauer Wolf in early 2023, I had worked in various areas of the catering business. Lack of appreciation, shift work and many unpaid overtime hours sadly defined my day-to-day life back then. At Passauer Wolf, I experience a direct appreciation and gratitude for my own work, the likes of which you find in few companies. From both our guests and our employer.
